The project: Exclusive living and lifestyle – architecturally adapted to the harbor backdrop, an apartment complex is being built directly in the heart of the Waren harbor, just 20 meters away from the Müritz, that is unmatched. In this extraordinary location with a maritime ambiance, a spacious apartment complex is being created, combining 26 ownership apartments and 28 holiday apartments, all with stunning views of the Binnenmüritz. The assignment: Sales relies on numerous media to effectively convey a project, especially when there isn’t much to see at first glance. We provided support by creating visually appealing informational materials in both web and print formats. Thus, customers, interested parties, and buyers could gain an impression of the impressive endeavor.

Order executed: Within a few months, all apartments in the property were sold, a tenant for the restaurant was found, and all commercial facilities were allocated. The previous real estate website has now been revamped with a new focus on rentals of Holiday apartments for the vacation at the Müritz. The exterior design also featured a visually appealing service office with flags and wall banners, real estate exposés, and a stylish key box.
Real estate marketing with an enhanced impression
With different materials, weights, and finishes, we further enhanced the already fantastic graphic design. At the groundbreaking ceremony, the exposé was handed over, and on the day of the topping-out ceremony, a large construction sign welcomed the invited guests. In the meantime, drone photos were also taken for aerial shots that documented the construction progress for the construction blog on the associated website.
