3D renderings and floor plan visualizations for new construction project in Neubrandenburg.

The housing cooperative Neuwoba is again focusing on modern apartment construction in Neubrandenburg. Three new residential buildings are being erected on the site of a former DDR high school on Staven Street. One of the buildings will be realized by Neuwoba and will create urgently needed housing for cooperative members. The Minister of Construction provided millions in funding for the project to support the construction.

As the agency 4eck Media, we had the opportunity to accompany Neuwoba with high-quality 3D-Renderings, Grundrissen und Etagenplänen in 2D und 3D. Overall, we created three external renderings and 24 detailed visualizations of the floors and floor plans in 2D and 3D, which present the construction project in a vivid and realistic manner.

The client wanted the background and the two other buildings to be visualized but not depicted realistically. Therefore, the background was blurred, and the two additional buildings, which are being constructed by another company, were shown in a desaturated manner.

Our external visualizations show the planned buildings in their future environment. Through realistic representation, not only the architecture but also the surroundings, including green spaces, parking lots, and balconies, become tangible for interested parties.

In addition to the exterior views, we have also visualized the apartment layouts and floor plans. These help potential tenants to understand the room layout even before the building is completed.

This allows interested parties to get an early impression of which apartment suits their needs. For Neuwoba, this is an important tool in marketing and communication with future tenants.
