We are a design-loving agency with a high sensitivity to user experience and at the same time true hardcore developers who only really get warm where others have to drop out. In fact, we always design projects based on the optimal, goal-oriented user experience. And our developers are capable of not only developing websites but also creating plugins for WordPress and modules for PrestaShop, or implementing entire custom developments for large projects based on Laravel.

We do not want to provide photo and video recordings. We rely on partners in our network and are happy to make the connection for you or coordinate all necessary work so that you still have only one point of contact: us. We are also not a traditional IT service provider that installs software on your computers, sets up cash register systems, or establishes time tracking systems.

Our focus industries are health, real estate, and e-commerce (online shops and tourism websites with booking integration). Even if you are just starting a business, we have some budget-friendly solutions. What does a house cost, what does a car cost? You know how it goes… it always depends. But we don’t want to beat around the bush; instead, we want to provide you with a price range in which our projects from the past twelve months were located. It starts with the one-pager, which ranges from 4,500 to 8,000 euros. For a comprehensive corporate website based on WordPress, please budget between 10,000 and 25,000 euros – and possibly more depending on requirements. Online shops and websites connected to booking platforms start at 18,000 euros, while the last two larger shop projects were between 50,000 and 80,000 euros.

Yes, others are cheaper. That’s what we’ve been told. We doubt that our results are comparable to market competitors who only install a finished template for you (see the question about ensuring project success). If you’re looking for the cheapest provider, please just choose one of the other agencies.

After a comprehensive briefing by you and the clarification of all our questions, we work on the realization of a new project (e.g., website relaunch) for a fixed price. This gives you security. And we have never renegotiated the offered service. If you express new feature requests during the process, that’s fine; they will be calculated, and you will then decide whether to consider them right away, later, or not at all.

For later or smaller tasks on a project, we work on an hourly rate. This amounts to 120 euros net. We agree on the expected time effort in advance with you. As a rule of thumb, we can say: As soon as a task is expected to take more than five days, we are happy to provide you with a fixed price.

The process begins with the briefing phase. We want to know everything about you and your goals, your project, your (target) customers, as well as your requirements, needs, and pain points. For this, you will receive a comprehensive briefing template from us. In some projects, a workshop with you and your team is also beneficial. The second step is the research phase. We analyze the competitive situation and research the best (international) industry solutions. From this, we develop a tailored concept for you and your goals as a wireframe prototype. In this conceptual step, we align the entire user experience on the customer journey with you (the information and interaction architecture, click paths, call-to-actions, etc.). After your feedback, we create the user interface design, which is provided as a clickable online prototype. You contribute with feedback and change requests. Only when everything fits perfectly for you do we hand over the approved user interface design with all design assets to our development team. The development begins. Concurrently, you will receive a checklist from us with content contributions that we need. Once we are further along in the development process, you will gain access to our test environment to review the system. However, you will not be our alpha tester, as agency-internal tests will have already been conducted. You will typically have a dedicated contact person in our agency. Every Friday, we update you on the current status of our work, necessary feedback loops, or content contribution requests.

These are tools that are also available to you. Agencies always have an informational advantage over their clients and can tell you anything and make promises. When working with an agency, always have the quality of your project confirmed by external measurement tools. This is also the reason why we – unlike many market competitors – do not work with ready-made templates. They may look good, but consistently deliver only mediocre results in testing tools, which is detrimental to your ranking. But no one tells you that.

If technical updates are required or if you desire new features, we are happy to continue working on your project based on the time spent. A maintenance contract is not necessary for this. For larger projects like online shops, it is advisable to define certain marketing goals within the framework of a maintenance contract that we should achieve for you within a specified timeframe.

Since we predominantly work with open source solutions such as WordPress, you can also engage other agencies for the further development of your project. We do not design isolated solutions and do not hold exclusivity over any aspect.
