Employee survey as a management tool

In order to measure the motivation and job satisfaction of employees, a digital survey was designed using “Google Forms” with 56 questions, the results of which enabled actionable measures for the development of the new communication strategy. The type of Employee survey via Google Forms made it easy for respondents to answer anonymously and directly via their own smartphones. The evaluation of the survey was the basis for later workshops on value and mission definition. With the relaunch, the company positions itself through the newly designed, fresh website, social media posts, and video-based content as an identifiable and values-based employer where people want to work.

Employer attractiveness and recruiting

A care service like MeckCura, with several large locations in Wismar, Rostock, and Güstrow, primarily faces one challenge: finding and retaining good employees. Through social media and the online application forms on the website, it is made easy for interested parties to apply directly and informally. With success: just a few weeks after the animated job advertisements based on adb – which always included a catchy phrase as an address – were released on Facebook.   More than 306,000 people reached, who interacted with the ad over 21,000 times.. The first open positions were already filled in a short time by a number of new applicants.
