Our mission
Our client Muhsal Immobilien has been supported by us as an agency since 2015. We assist the real estate developer with the design of print materials, the conception of exhibition equipment, and the creation of professional and detailed 3D architectural visualizations. In 2016, we developed a completely new corporate identity and, as part of this, also crafted and refined print media and a very attractive responsive website that makes the client’s activities more tangible.
3D Visualizations
The advantage of using three-dimensional visualizations at a very early stage of planning, besides the timely start of the marketing phase, is that real estate developers receive a photorealistic impression of the plans. This allows for the examination of the plans against their exact specifications. In the past, this led to a situation where, thanks to the visualizations, one of the projects was planned significantly differently after visualizing the plans in 3D photorealism.
Real Estate Marketing
For various real estate and construction projects, we designed and developed websites to acquire the contact details of interested parties at a very early stage and to digitally represent the attractiveness of the projects in the further process.
