Our solution
To enhance the visual impression of the construction area, appealing 3D visualizations have been created that make it easy for interested parties to recognize the potential. A mobile-optimized website with a high-quality appearance and informative texts encourages contact.

Order executed: Within a few months, all apartments in the property were sold, a tenant for the restaurant was found, and all commercial facilities were leased. The previous real estate website has now been redesigned with a new focus on rental of Vacation apartments for your holiday at the Müritz. The exterior design also included the service office, which was visually appealing with flags and wall banners, property exposés, and a stylish key box.
Marketing with an enhanced impression
With different materials, weights, and finishes, we enhanced the already fantastic graphic design. At the groundbreaking ceremony, the exposé was handed over, and on the day of the topping-out ceremony, a large construction sign welcomed the invited guests. In the meantime, drone photos were also taken for aerial shots, documenting the construction progress for the construction blog on the associated website.
